The Dryden Regional Health Centre has lifted visitor restrictions.
Officials have declared the facility clear of the Norwalk outbreak.
However, the public is urged to use the hand washing stations on entering and leaving the DRHC.
Hospital officials say they will continue to monitor the situation and if any more Norwalk-like cases crop up, the visitor ban will be brought back.
