A couple of upsets in the NorWOSSA ‘A’ Playoffs Wedesday as the second seed St. Thomas Aquinas Saints was eliminated in Girls Basketball.
The host Red Lake Rams won 36-21 in Junior play, while Queen Elizabeth posted a 41-31 victory in Seniors action.
In Boys Volleyball, the Warriors defeated Atikokan in straight sets in Junior play.
The Voyageurs bounced back with a three sets win in Seniors action.
The finals begin at 9 Thursday at Red Lake High School
