Not Following the Rules of the Road Costs Visitor

An early morning drink and an illegal pass of a school bus has landed a California man in hot water.
Dryden Police noticed a speeding vehicle on Highway 17 near Wal-Mart around 8 o’clock Tuesday morning.
The vehicle was stopped near the weigh scales and officers determined the driver had also passed a school bus stopped with its lights flashing.
The 24-year-old man from Downey has been charged with speeding, failing to stop for a school bus and impaired driving.
