The Ontario Public Service Employees Union and the province continue to butt heads negotiating a new corrections contract.
OPSEU has filed a dispute with the labour board.
Spokesperson Monte Vieselmeyer says the government isn’t providing information the union says it needs to bargain.
Vieselmeyer says the labour board will determine what information should be allowed to the union.
He adds filing a dispute doesn’t directly affect operations at facilities, as it is the next step in the bargaining process.
