Not Safe to Swim in Town Beach Right Now

A Swimming Advisory has been issued for Town Beach in Sioux Lookout.
The Northwestern Health Unit says water quality tests produced higher then acceptable E-Coli bacterial levels.
Officials say swimmers may encounter skin, eye, nose and throat infections.
Warning signs are now posted on Town Beach.
The high bacteria levels can be blamed on the rain, high winds and the presence of water fowl.
