A nuisance bear report in Dryden.
The public is being warned of a bear spotted on Sandy Beach Road.
The animal was last seen in the bush between Sandy Beach and Elsie Drive off McMillan Crescent.
Police Chief Doug Palson has stated that nuisance bear reports are up a bit this year compared to previous years.
Palson notes officers can respond if the public feels that they are in harms way.
