MNR Conservation Officers in Red Lake have been keeping busy this summer.
28 anglers have been fined a total of $8,700 for illegal fishing during recent air, road and water patrols.
Violations include having walleye over the legal limit, improper packaging and having walleye in a restricted slot size.
All 28 were American anglers.
They appeared in Red Lake Court August 1st.
