The Northwest Local Health Integration Network has
appointed Dr. Shaun Visser as their Emergency Department
Lead.
CEO Gwen Dubois Wing says Visser will be heading up a
team that will look for solutions to the challenges facing
ER departments in the region.

Dr. Visser is the Medical Director of Emergency and
Trauma Services for Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences
Centre, and an assistant professor for the Northern
Ontario Medical School.
