NW LHIN Updates its Home First Initiative

The Northwest Local Health Integration Network believes its making progress on freeing up beds at area Hospitals.
That’s been the focus of the LHIN under its ‘Home First’ initiative.
Officials say they have made significant investments the past 3-years to enhance home care services and expand supportive housing.
