NWHU Announces Five New Cases

Five new cases have been announced Thursday morning by the Northwestern Health Unit.

There are two new cases each in the Emo and Sioux Lookout health hub areas, while the final new cases is from the Dryden area.

The regional health authority tells us that at this time there are 50 active cases in their catchment area.

Ontario set a new pandemic record today with 4,735 positives.

There were 29 COVID related deaths.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is reporting four new cases and 61 actives.
