There are more closures being reported due to the poor weather conditions.
The Northwestern Health Unit is closing their offices across the Kenora District for the day.
This includes offices in Kenora, Vermilion Bay, Dryden, Red Lake, Ear Falls, Sioux Lookout, Pickle Lake, Ignace and Sioux Narrows.
Offices in Atikokan, Fort Frances, Emo and Rainy River however will remain open with possible service reduction.
People can still contact a health unit in case of a public health emergency such as an animal bite, food poisoning, disease outbreak or natural disaster by calling 807-468-7109 or 1-866-475-6505.
The health unit expects all offices to be open again on Wednesday.
