NWHU Weighs In On Banning E-Cigarettes

Banning E-Cigarettes is a balancing act.
That reaction from Jennifer McKibbon with the Northwestern Health Unit.
McKibbon feels more research needs to be done to weigh the pro and cons.

McKibbon adds the only Health Canada regulations on E-cigarettes is the sale with nicotine cartridges and those claiming health benefits.
