NWO Plane Crash cause released

A report into a fatal float plane crash near Sioux Lookout last year blames pilot error.
The tradgey on Fawcett Lake last May 18th killed the pilot & 3 US anglers.
The Transportation Safety Board says it happened when the pilot put the flaps in the wrong position.
They were in a position the plane’s flight manual says is only to be used for “an emergency landing in a restricted area.”
All died instantly when the plane slammed into the water.
