It was a hectic weekend for Dryden Police.
Officers were called to an Edgewater Drive home Saturday morning after
two people entered a gazebo and attempted to steal a canoe.
The male and female were scared away when the homeowners yelled at the
suspects who fled the scene.
Sunday morning, Police were dispatched to an Albert Street Home and
arrested a man for assault on his partner.
The victim received minor injuries.
Police also had to deal with several noise complaints and people
lighting off fireworks in Pronger Park.
