The Ontario Federation of Labour is suggesting minimum wage earners who feel they’re being bullied by their employer to unionize.
The Federation is weighing in on the issue of Tim Horton’s workers at a store in southern Ontario losing certain benefits and paid lunch breaks because of the wage increase.
President Chris Buckley calls it shameful.
The Federation has also started a social media campaign in a call for the benefits to be returned, using #standwithtimehortonsworkers
