The Sunset Trail Riders Association toured the region’s
country side yesterday with the President of the Ontario
Federation of Snowmobile Clubs.
Bruce Robinson and his wife Liz rode with the local club
from Kenora to West Hawk, Manitoba.
Robinson says they’re considering a lower trail permit
for the district, which would be tied to vehicle
registration.

The pilot project is subject to Ministry of
Transportation approval, and is hoped to attract more
tourists to the area.
