OMAR COOK

In Loving memory of Omar Cook who passed away on Tuesday April 12 at the Dryden Regional Hospital after a short illness. Omar will be sadly missed by his loving wife Nova, his sons David and his wife Lee Ann, Bruce and his wife Kerry and his grandson Ethan. Omar will also be sadly missed by his sisters Elva Balluff and Alice Bloomfield, his brothers Ray, Don and Charley, all his nieces, nephews and extended family. A Celebration of Life for Omar Cook will be held on Saturday April 16th at 2 P.M. in the First United Church with Mr. Ren Amell officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Stevens Funeral Homes “Moffat Chapel”. If friends desire donations may be made to the First United Church Memorial Fund, Northern Cancer Research, S.O.S.
