One Day Strike For Local Teachers

Not even the freezing temperatures could stop them.
Elementary teachers and staff within the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board held a one day strike this afternoon outside the Government Building in Dryden.
Elementary Union President Anne Saltel says they are protesting legislature which allows the government to impose a contract on them.
A group of Dryden High School Students held a walk-out this morning, supporting their teachers.
