Ontario Commits 10 Million Dollars To Helping Refugees

Ontario is ready and willing to accept Syrian refugees.

That message from Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and International Trade Michael Chan at a forum held at Rideau Hall in Ottawa.

Chan says money has been dedicated to helping the 10-thousand refugees the province has agreed to accept.

The supports would include healthcare, mental health services, school integration assistance, and employment supports.
