Ontario North 2-0

Eagle Lake’s Tim Kavanaugh and Nathan Bruyere each found the back of the net as Ontario North defeated Ontario South 6-2 at the National Aboriginal Hockey Championship in Ottawa Monday.
The win advanced the team’s record to 2-0.
Sioux Lookout’s Kyler Ackewance played in the game after taking a slash in the opening game.
Team North is back on the ice Tuesday afternoon.
