Ontario PC Leader TIm Hudak stopped in Dryden today to speak to residents.
The main focus was on jobs, and how to get the economy back in action and moving forward.
Hudak says that more should be done on the skilled trades, because they’re good middle class jobs, and there’s a screaming demand from companies who aren’t filling those jobs.
He summarizes the top four things that need to happen in order for the economy to bounce back are to rein in spending, recognise skilled trades, lower the business tax rate and change the attitude of the government.
