Open Roads School in Dryden will be welcoming guests to showcase a unique program.
A Fine Arts Orientation Night will be held Thursday starting at 6:00pm.
Grade 6 Visual Art Teacher Lindsay Rettie says the event is geared towards students who are currently in Grade 5, 6, or 7 and their parents.
Rettie says they will be hosting interactive workshops for visual arts, drama and music.
She notes the program is a long standing and unique initiative in the region and is only available for elementary students at Open Roads.
It’s a comprehensive academic program with a focus on drama, music, dance and art.
Staff will be on hand at the Open House to answer any questions.
