Operation Impact Concludes

Just over 1,400 vehicles were checked by the OPP in the Dryden/Ignace corridor in ‘Operation Impact’ which wound up Monday evening.
79 charges were laid over the 4 day period, including 22 seatbelt violation, 53 highway traffic act offenses and 2 criminal code traffic matters.
Just because ‘Operation Impact’ has come and gone, Police remind drivers that they do target aggressive drivers and will charge them accordingly.
