Operator error has been identified as the cause of an incident at the Dryden Fall Fair last week.
The Technical Standards and Safety Authority says a teenage girl was thrown from the Spider ride around 9 o’clock Friday night.
She suffered two broken arms and a broken tailbone.
The ride resumed operations shortly after the mishap.
The investigation continues and Dryden Police have been contacted to provide more information.
