OPP Asking Motorists To Take Their Time

With wet flurries in the weather forecast and slick conditions expected overnight, the Ontario Provincial Police are reminding you to adjust your driving to the road conditions.
Regional Traffic Manager Ken Mantey says last winter was harsh and when we do get extreme snow storms motorists should take precautions.
He says the key is to slow down and ensure all lights are turned on.
Mantey adds if you do go out on treacherous roads you should ensure your gas tank is full, take time to clear your windows and lights, and carry warm clothing and boots in case of an emergency.
