OPP Investigating Assault In Sioux Lookout

Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout are looking for a man who attacked a woman outside a Third Avenue apartment complex.
OPP say a man approached the victim and asked her for a smoke.
She declined and the man began to choke her.
He was scared off when a vehicle drove by and honked its horn.
OPP couldn’t locate the culprit.
He’s described as a First Nations man, 5-foot-10, and about 200-pounds.
He was wearing a long sleeved jean jacket, with a white baseball hat.
