This is the fourth week of the Festive RIDE campaign as Provincial Police in northwestern Ontario continue to look for impaired drivers.
17-impaired driving charges have been laid since the start of the campaign, and 13-licence suspensions have been handed out to drivers who blew in the “warn range”.
Police in Red Lake have been the busiest with 4-charges laid and 3-suspensions handed out.
Two impaired charges have been issued in Pickle Lake and one in Sioux Lookout.
No charges or suspensions have been issued in Dryden.
