OSSTF Looking To Revamp Education System

Catholic education may become a thing of the past.
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers federation is looking to reinvest in education by creating two new education systems.
President Paul Elliot says streamlining services will create more funding.
Elliot says there are studies showing that up to $2-billion can be saved and put back into education.
The new platform calls for an English and a French system.
Elliot says the change would eliminate duplication between the current four systems.
The OSSTF is following the model used in Quebec.
