Outdoor Working Group Approaches Council

Utilizing Dryden’s outdoor assets.
That’s the goal of the newly formed ‘Outdoor Working Group’ who met with Council behind closed doors this week.
Mayor Craig Nuttall says the group has a number of good ideas.
However, Nuttall says the group has to tie up some loose ends before moving forward.
The group approached Council to discuss land acquisition opportunities as well as the status of current property.
Part of the plan is developing a strong canoe and kayak program complete with an easily assessable storage facility.
