The City of Dryden seems to be spinning its wheels on the road to recovery.
That’s the opinion of outgoing Councillor Ken Moss.
Moss says they had set a path of recovery and believes it has now stalled.
Moss feels he hasn’t been able to help Council get back on track and that’s why he decided to step aside and allow some new blood to come in.
He believes it will be another two years before the City gets back on financial track and notes it’s frustrating on everyone, especially staff
However, he believes if Council doesn’t lose focus, it can get regain its former glory in another two years.
The official last day for Moss is Saturday.
