Outstanding warrant leads to drug charges

An outstanding warrant has led to drug trafficking charges against a Kenora man.

The OPP say they noticed the suspect on Matheson Street South on Monday and arrested him.

In the process, they found that he was in possession of methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and hydromorphone.

In addition to several drug trafficking charges, he has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

The 36 year old Kenora man was held in custody pending a court appearance today.
