A Wisconsin angler has been ordered to pay $1,720 following a fishing trip on Red Lake.
Thomas Eake was stopped this past July with 9-walleye, 8-of which were beyond the allowable length.
Eake’s non-resident sportfishing licence allowed him to posses 4-walleye, of which one could be over 46-centimetres long.
His fish were seized and he has been banned from fishing in Ontario for 1-year.
