Oxycontin Pills and Cash Seized in Fort Hope

A search warrant conducted by Nishnawbe-Aski Police has resulted in the arrest of two individuals in Fort Hope First Nation.
Police seized $3,000 worth of prescription Oxycontin pills, along with $2,000 cash.
36-year-old Sharon Mendowagon faces 5-counts of trafficking a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
32-year-old Vivian Waboose faces possession for the purpose of trafficking.
