Parker Simonson Once Again Named SIJHL Player of Week

For the third time this season, Parker Simonson of the Thief River Falls Norskies has been named SIJHL Player of the Week.

The 20-year-old scored three times on the road to help the undefeated Norskies defeat Thunder Bay.

One of his goals was a game tying marker, while he also added a game winning score.

Simonson leads the league in goals with 17 and is tied for first in points with 26-points.

Dryden’s Eric Stout, Spencer Milne of the English River Miners and Kenora’s Jack Bernie of the Fort Frances Lakers also received consideration.
