Dryden Eagle Patrick Pareis has been named Defensive Player of the Week for week 5 in the Winnipeg High School Football League.
Pareis was impressive against the undefeated West Kildonan Wolverines last week on home turf.
He recorded 3-tackles, 1-sack and 1-forced fumble.
