Patrick Zubick Headed Home To Play College Hockey

The top goalie in the SIJHL is returning to his home community.

Patrick Zubick of the Dryden GM Ice Dogs has committed to the Selkirk College hockey program for the upcoming season.

The Saints play in the British Columbia Intercollegiate Hockey League nd amassed a regular season record last year of 14-9.

Zubick is from Castlegar, B.C., the home of Selkirk College.

The 20-year-old played in 29 regular season games with the Ice Dogs last season and posted a 21-4-3 record.

He was undefeated in SIJHL playoff action.
