PC MPP Targeting Liberal Forest Policies

Progressive Conservatives are accusing the Liberals of pitting company versus company with its forestry policies.
Leadership candidate Vic Fedeli says wood issues impacting area mills stems from the Liberals reducing the amount of wood that companies are permitted to cut in Ontario.
Fedeli says the amount of forest allowed to cut is about half of what it used to be.
He claims the reduction in wood harvest was done in part for political reasons.
Fedeli notes forest companies aren’t able to invest in northern Ontario.
