PC’s Voice Thoughts on Abortion

Three Progressive Conservatives cleared the way for a group to use the legislature’s media studio to announce a province-wide campaign to “defund” abortions.
P-C finance critic Peter Shurman says the Tories have no plans to re-open the abortion debate.
He adds that even though it is a closed debate, everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
Conservative Leader Tim Hudak admitted last year that he had signed an anti-abortion petition in the past, but said he had no
plans to re-open the debate if he becomes premier.
