In Loving Memory of Phil Salem, age 81, who passed away on March 14, 2011 at his residence in Sioux Lookout.
Phil Salem is survived by his wife Dianna, and five children James Salem, Leslie Salem – Galambos, James Ayotte, Aaron Salem and Gwen Norkus. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grand-children, 1 sister Lorraine Mason and 1 brother Bill Salem.
Phil Salem is predeceased by 1 sister Dianne Schuster.
Friends will be received at the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday March 17, 2011 from 6:30 p.m – 8:30 p.m.
Funeral Services for the late Phil Salem will be held at the St. Andrew’s United Church on Friday March 18, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Donna Prior officiating. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
