The Branstone Financial Strategies ‘Pink the Rink’ game in Red Lake is being called a success.
The Miners teamed up with the company for the cancer awareness game last Friday at the Cochenour Arena.
Some $1,000 was raised for the Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital Foundation.
The money came from a dessert shooter sale, pumpkin auction and NHL Jets jersey raffle.
Organizers stress they are grateful to work in such a supportive community.
