The path has been cleared for construction of a new IGA grocery store in Dryden.
Dryden City Council has approved the site plan for the project and the developer wants to begin construction later this month.
The store will be built on the old fairgrounds site.
Meantime, another fast food giant is hoping to locate in Dryden.
Burger King is hoping to find a franchisee for a new restaurant it wants to build adjacent to the IGA property.
