Plastic Bag Ban Across Canada?

A London-area MP is introducing a private member’s bill in the Commons to ban plastic bags; across the country.
Irene Mathyssen says Canadians have become addicted to plastic and she wants people to switch to reusable bags.
The Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors says offering
loyalty points or discounts is a better incentive than an outright ban.
