Police Identify Fatal Crash Victim

A Southern Ontario man has been identified as the seventh fatal crash victim on Highway 17 in the Northwest this month.
OPP say 29-year-old Walter Letswaard of Owen Sound was killed when his eastbound tractor trailer drifted into the westbound lane and hit a rock cut near Vermilion Bay.
The truck caught fire forcing an eight hour closure of the highway Monday morning.
Police say they do not know why the truck drifted across the road.
