Police Station Up in the Air in Atikokan

Atikokan Council is expected to discuss the possibility of building a new Police Station tonight.
Construction of a new building was approved last year at a cost of $750,000 but Town Officials say they don’t have the money to proceed with it.
The Police Service says the Town has known for 30 years that a new station is needed and note little has been done to plan for it.
