You may notice a lot more Dryden Police officers walking the beat these days.
Chief Rob Davis says they are trying to become more visible in the community.
Officers spent nearly 43-hours on foot patrol last month, compared to roughly 23-hours in September 2010.
Davis says feedback from the community has been positive, with increased patrols of Dryden schools and parks.
Davis adds they hope to continue the campaign through winter.
