Possible Problems Just Before Plane Crash

The Transportation Safety Board is now in control of investigating Sunday’s plane crash in Red Lake that killed 5 people.
Spokesperson Peter Hildebrand says early indications are that there may have been some problems on board the plane just before it crashed 2 miles short of the runway.
He says they don’t know the total nature, but that information came from the crew as they indicated there was an emergency prior to the crash.
Hildebrand adds while the plane itself has had issues in the past, they didn’t relate to the air worthiness of the airplane.
Meanwhile, Global News says the pilots have been identified as 34 year old Peter Traczuk and 25 year old Aniruddh Sawant.
Sawant has been identified as being from Mississauga, but according to his Facebook page he’s has been living in Winnipeg.
The three passengers who were killed were from Red Lake, but so far their names have not been released.
