Local mayors, aboriginal and business leaders will get a chance to present their wish list to the provincial finance committee this month.
Fort Frances is one of eight communities which will be hosting a pre- budget consultation session.
The day long consultation is slated for January 20th at La Place Rendez-vous.
Kenora-Rainy River MPP Sarah Campbell says although the deadline to request a presentation time slot has formally passed, late requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

Alternatively, written submissions are still being accepted until January 30th.
