Premiers Discuss West-East Pipeline

New Brunswick Premier David Alward is encouraged with the prospect of building a west to east pipeline to bring Alberta oil to Saint John for refining and transport overseas.
The idea will be getting a boost today with the visit to the province by Alberta Premier Alison Redford.
Premier David Alward tells our sister station CHSJ News such a pipeline would provide more money for government programs.
He says the pipeline is important for Canada and compares it to the construction of a national railway line.
Alberta Premier Alison Redford will be speaking to the Board of Trade and touring the Irving Oil refinery.
