Prepare For A Cold Winter In Northwestern Ontario

It looks like Northwestern Ontario will be the cold spot in Canada this Winter.

Weather Network Meteorologist Dayna Vettese is out with the Winter forecast and she says temperatures will be below normal, but snowfall will be near normal.

Vettese says cold temperatures will come down from the Arctic, into the Prairies and northwestern Ontario.

She adds we will have very little chance for melting until around March, so the snow is here to stay.
