Prescription Drugs Seized in Traffic Stop

Two people face possession for the purpose of trafficking charges following a traffic stop on the Kenora By-Pass.
OPP stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Redditt Road early this morning.
Police seized 200-oxycodone pills, worth an estimated $2,500.
24-year-old Calvin Delarond of Kenora and 35-year-old Cheryl Ann Bird of Winnipeg are due in court next month.
